Desire

Dr. Soma

I wish I were a child,

I could recite a rhyme

Making a loud voice with a tune

At the home, garden, and wild.

I wish I were a bird,

I could fly in the sky

Fluttering the feathers

Here and there with no dirt.

I wish I were a queen,

I could wear a thorn in my head

With elegant gown, gold jewelry

Waiting for a king to have been.

I wish I were a boat,

I could sail on the sea

Singing a melody song with an open voice

No instrument but a signature quote.

I wish I were a flower,

I could bloom in the garden

Spreading such an aroma

Love birds will be mesmerized and lost in deep love with each other.

I know, all my desires cannot be fulfilled

But I cannot stop dreaming, wishing myself to be revealed or refilled.

    You're a fine flower, I'm sure!
Flattery will get me everywhere - heehee.
