How does one press on?
How does one win?
Be two steps ahead,
of those who are against you.
Have no fear,
that you will fall behind.
Show compassion,
to your brothers and sisters.
Show understanding,
to your neighbors.
Show respect to your elders.
Stand up for the weak.
Find something righteous to believe in.
Find a good fight to fight.
Do not be afraid to fight back,
no matter how you fight.
Do not be naive to the world.
... and above all; keep God first.

In the world that we live in, it may be easy to sometimes be deceived or live in fear or whatever. We must all live a righteous lifestyle. As long as we live righteously, no matter what happens - good, bad, or even horrible; on a small or on a major scale - we will always see the truth. Persistence is key

A true write Dion. Some hymns may seem a bit corny, e.g. 'Onward, Christian soldiers' which not everyone likes - too military for some.
But we know we can't just sit back and cosily wait for Heaven.
Nice message to boost morale,
It will make the listener a whale,
It advises not to become pale,
Optimism, it wants all to inhale!
