Love In Sadness

Robert Isaacs Chiwala

He thought love would help

To soothe his sad memories

Good time can bury some sorrow below

His loss was such a worst brawl

It has been years since she had gone

The happiness that was shown in his smiles

He never looked sad with her

Actually they looked happy together

When she had gone -everything changed

His world became silent and quiet

People became worried of such scenes

It was at a friend's advice to love again

In love with another person -though gone

Another person to love another commitment (made)

The more he moves close to her (second match)

The more he thinks of her (first match)

Ain't it the truth! Sweet reminder of lost loves, never really gone.
