My Heart Beats

because it could also mean "Keep Going".

It is like
when things are difficult
and not knowing what to do
and everything is there to dislike.

'Keep Going Forward'
regardless of what happens,
That is the idea I have today
something to help me along the way.

As always...there will be something
like people
which is something that is not of my control
but I am quite capable
of helping myself
of changing towards something better
and like it or not,
