Keeping our minds well is harder than it sounds
I never thought I'd have a breakdown
Started following the Sun
When it parted between the clouds
Sectioned for my mental health
No longer dwelling on the past
Keeping my mind active and well
I call it mental wealth
Conspiracies run rife
Look after yourself
Who knows what's true
I know the signs of being unwell
Never used to have a clue
We all feel untouchable
But it could happen to you
I'm not fear mongering
Not the Mainstream Media or Government
That's not what I do
Just be careful with your thoughts
What I'm trying to get through
