Elizabeth

Classicmister

Oh burning tears of grief

How you do flow

Elizabeth who reigned so long

Compassionate and strong

But now her coffin

Winds its weary way

Its wake a sea of tears

Flanked by pomp of pageantry

So earned by one as she

Hung heads now where once were cheers

Acknowledging  her fruitful years

When comes there such a Queen again?

How many years?
