Confusion pulls my mind into infinite darkness
An eternity of pain causes my heart to collapse
Useless doubt haunts my brain
But I survive nonetheless
It controls me, steers me afar
My cowardly existence bends down to its demands
But deep down, down under the surface of my being
Lurks the question - What if control is all I need?
I need to be strong, or put on a show at the least
Confusion does not know to discriminate between Mirage and Reality
I've got hate and guilt and fear,
Confusion isn't my only beast.
Embrace your confusion
It's not for the weak,
Fight before it's too late,
Fight before you forget to breathe.

- Comment from author about the poem: Well, it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s my first poem that I wrote ages ago as a stupid child. I once had a friend, I mean I still do, that friend shared some stuff and I couldn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t stop thinking about the amount of pain she was suffering so I decided to pen it down.
