So much on my mind,

weighed down by the load, 
weighed down by the 
code of silence, 
sweet deafening silence.

My mouth is still, 
my mind a kill, 
right to the center 
of my very being,

not safe, need to find shelter, from all the woes, 
way down to my toes,

Health or pain, so insane. 
Why the choice?
It’s so easy, it's scary,
