Anxiety

You live,

You breath,

You hear,

You speak.

So what else do you need?

But sometimes you can't breath,

Sometimes you can't speak,

Sometimes you only hear,

Not only people but fear.

Fear that's tearing you apart,

Fear bringing your thoughts out of order,

And crossing every border.

There's no air left,

Although it fills the whole world.

There's no words left,

Although your thoughts race.

Shaky hands,

Shaky breath,

All tensed up.

Only bad is left in your empty cup.

Gaining weight of starring eyes,

Thinking they will only judge,

Thinking they only want bad,

Even though they're not thinking but you're going mad.

You have to do more,

You need to improve,

You have to keep working,

Until you're sore.

Eyes, watching with expectation.

People, too much to give your head vacation.

Feeling out of place,

Feeling lost,

Feeling judged and mistaken,

You're uncomfortably waiting to run out and hide.

Hide from your fears.

Hide from others who give you fears.

Hide from yourself.

Hide until eveything feels safe.

These emotions inside of you all the time.

These emotions imprison you all the time.

You want to change.

You don't want to be yourself anymore.

You want to escape,

But you don't know how...

No one will understand,

This pressure you feel around all day.

This pain that hides in your way.

This burden you carry around all day.

But just know...

No one will judge,

No one will blame,

And if they do, 

Accept this way!

Accept yourself!

Don't judge yourself!

You're strong and mighty,

Make yourself brighter!

Accept how you are and don't fight this big scar!
