A No Easy Tale
It's not any easy
when you feel dizzy
when you're all wavy
In the absence of reasons
It might not be chronic
But it's definitely mild
the pains we feel
But we choose to be chill
When you hit the gym
you think it's all fat
we hope we'd burn them
But just like every heart
It beats on instead
It don't matter how long
You just have to bear them
Some times we don't
You have to feel them, not for long
At least just once
It could be worse
But we hope it doesn't
We mourn our loss
But the pain continues
Against all odds
It's hard to tame
You could go insane
It's no easy story
It's hard to tell
The tale is scary
You stop at intervals
Swallow deep and continue
It could take hours
Difficult to construe
A no easy tale

- Comment from author about the poem: Time and tides do sometimes happen to people, and takes you on a journey, a no easy one, and everybody wishes you to tell them how it's going or how it went, but often times it's difficult to begin, because you don't even have a grasp of it all yourself talk more of telling it to another... It is not easy to begin and not easy to end...difficult to explain and difficult to construe...a tale of life and it's afflictions, the ones we can not navigate, the stories we find hard to tell
