Lost in Isolation

esey

There's only an existing thin line

When you have someone by your side

But with being alone, I was fine

I survived a handful of tide

I had long embraced my independency

Was never used to intimacy

Dealt with isolation for infinity

For long, being alone was easy

But then you came

In the form of asking for my name

My attention which you claimed

Awakened a golden flame

You have bestowed me a feeling

So pure it can be felt without speaking

With just the mere idea of you existing

My heart would perform a fast beating

Your eyes pulls me

Towards the realm of our proximity

I would get lost in you completely

Until I'm unaware of everybody

So let's talk for millions of hours

Enter a world that's ours

Everyone would fade

As we make an escapade

With our hands intertwined

We'll run through the night

As our heartstrings bind

Away from the world's sight

When everyone's in competition

There we are, drunk in adoration

Lost in each other's attention

In this tragic world, we're lost in isolation
