The Last Act

I H E

The last act, the waiting room,
the Jewish Home.
Is that where you want to be?

The average age is 93.
Is this where I want to be?

Waiting to die, wanting to live
time is passing by.

Help me please, show you care
isn't anyone there?

The last act,
your life is done, looking to run
anywhere, somewhere
a safe place to fall.

Life is long, life is hard
there is nowhere to go.

Say goodbye, it's been nice, time to go.
Say goodbye, no more hello's.

Life is passing me by.

I've loved, I've lost, I've won as well.
I'll say goodbye as life is passing me by.

One more kiss... one more time...

Am I next in line?

Remember the good times,
I will as well.
Remember when we were swell?
I'll love you in my other life,
remember when I was well.

I loved with the ability I had,
my love was there -- find it now.

I say goodbye to you, I'll love you in my other life

I say goodbye.
