“They are the seminal-force behind the future of humanity
But many of them living in dilapidated homes
And conducting business in collapsing offices
Travesing frome one lending firm to another
Living far from their spouses
yet committing faithfully to duty with undying hope
Poor teachers are victims of circumstances
Today, i again consider it necessary to come back to theses events.
I'm reffering to:
Dressing teachers in cheap non stylish gowns on teachers day
No upgrades
All these problems look unconnected
but they are making one thing worse
The teachers motivation
A call at a right spot
The transformation of education system begins with teachers
Yes , teachers are the seminal force for education transformation
Invest in teachers
Involve teachers
Trust teachers
And yes, respect teachers.
