Tune: Carlisle
('Stand up and bless the Lord')
Psalm 119 v.33-40
**********
Teach me, O Lord, the way
Of your statutes each day
And I shall keep it to the end
If you will me defend
Give me understanding
To keep your law, each thing
And I shall observe it, whole heart
Commit, not just a part
Make me go in the path
Of your commands, not wrath
I incur, but I do delight
In your word, it gives light
Incline my heart unto
Your testimonies, do
That I shall not covetous be
Burt your servant-way see
Turn my eyes, that they not
See of vanity's lot
And revive me in your way, too
Establish your word true
I your servant still here
Devoted to your fear
Turn away my reproach for your
Judgements are good, 'tis sure
Behold, I have longed for
Your precepts evermore
Revive me in your righteousness
By your grace do me bless

And mind you to keep your intervals of posting as these are quite handy for prayer and meditation. For the soul they are essentially useful!
Thanks CB. I shall, unless I'm cut orf again! lol.
Contemplation is good for the soul, and you always give me food for thought. Thank you dear friend.
Thanks Bella.
