SHORE

Chin dimple

I've been swimming all alone

with all the wrecked and messed up feelings

in the quest to know the feeling of home

been waiting to see the hopeful me

believed that every wave

might take me to the shore

been invisible all my life

like the air around

sun above reminds me of them

who never bothered about me

who acted like I don't exist

my life is the journey

I didn't want to take

know that the world doesn't care if I drown

slowly

being swallowed by the

blackhole of my broken emotions

soon darkness surrounded me

got ready for the last page of my wretched life

but there were you

eyes shining with the love I never experienced

 clothes white as snow

holding me tightly in your arms

whispering the words

I'm longing to hear

"YOU CAN STOP SWIMMING NOW,

WE FINALLY REACHED THE SHORE."
