Daisy

dafhyl

My love for you is like a daisy.

I wanted it to grow pretty.

So I watered it daily.

God, I was so happy.

My daisy bloomed healthily.

Just like I wanted it to be.

Oh but wait,

"How I wish it was big."

So I watered it every minute.

My oh my.

My daisy just died.

I didn't get it.

So I asked my mom why.

"Why mommy why? Why my daisy dies?"

"I water it every minute and every time."

But what mom said made me cry.

"Because a little too much can kill sometimes."

The mix of your beautiful poem and Taylor's one of best breakup songs is a perfection. And the last line hits different when you know it all too well. And i am so so sorry about what you've been through but it happens to anyone. You are not alone. Hope you feel well again very soon.
