I Remain

DestinysPerspectives

Bodies of fast paced motions come and go.

Here for just a season and leave for their reasons.

But only I remain growing older with each season.

Loving myself for new undiscovered reasons.

The candle that caries my flames inside grows

bolder and burns brighter with each new day.

Bodies of fast paced motions are called away

while I stand still unbothered by time.

A pen in my hand and a notebook on my lap

with rapid movements of my left hand as I

record the secrets that are found in my vivid

inner world.

So much to discover deep in my waters so

many only swim in the shallow waters of.

Fearful of drowning from my  chaotic waves.

But I am not afraid to drown, so I swim as deep

as I can until I reach the bottom.

Swimming with the memories reminding me of

who I am deep inside.

Fast paced motions of bodies pass by with time

once bothered until I remembered I still remain.

I will always remain.
