Ever Long Bloom

Ellis🪐

a fire lily sits in eternal bloom,

patiently waiting to be plucked,

awaiting for it’s eternal life to be ripped out of it’s stem,

eternity is not an eccentric ethereal beauty that is so delicately depicted upon us,

it is a life long death sentence

i will never forget the look on her face when i left.
