Today i had an experience
Hard to say just what is was
Would say I felt my consciousness
Was lingering above
I could feel it right above my head
My body felt a high
Not the kind of high when you smoke weed
Still to hard to describe
It was definitely a good thing
My body felt quite light
Filled with things i hope to see again
Tranquilty and insight

- Comment from author about the poem: well I just got done with deep thought about my past trauma thinking deeply about the details that I chose to forget when after I was done talking to my friend about it I stopped thinking deeply and I could feel that I was seeing through my eyes but could feel my essence above me it is to hard to describe
