I watch her smile, hear her laugh, and see her in my jacket
She makes my world go ‘round, she’s the sun to my planet
She’s a diamond and I love her every facet
She’s a lot, and I’m trying to unpack it
We’re in for a ride, my seatbelt isn’t fastened
But she’s worth the risk
There's not a moment with her I’d want to miss
I swear, she’s perfect
And when she’s gone, I feel a little dip in the mood
She brightens my days, even the days that are filled with gloom
And when she leaves, its sad, but I’m smiling too
Knowing she’s in my life, she means the world to me
If she only she knew
She makes me happy to the point it hurts
And sad, too, but that has its worth
And its without tears
She only makes me sad when the goodbye nears
But the way she holds me prior, I could live in her arms for years
