      That is quite a dilemma there. As with other things that humans produce - thoughts and words need to be expressed in some form or other. And that spiraling effect tends to be for other people a bit of a bother.

        talking to people i know would make me feel bad, because i can't portray my feelings in a way they would understand, yet you can't really blame them.
