The crown of thorns was forced upon His head,
Jesus could have felt resentment,but felt forgiveness instead.
They pointed and laughed,when He said that He was a king,
And that unity and peace,is what He will bring.
When Jesus was a child,He knew what His destiny would be,
That He would be the sacrificial Lamb,that would set all true believers free.
He is the Alpha and Omega,the beginning and end,
Before He was born,Jesus knew that for all sinners,He would offer to defend.
He is the redeemer,and will speak for us to God the Father,and fight,
He will plead our case in our stead,to the Heavenly Father,and make things for us believers,right.
Our thoughts and belief in Him should be first,evenings,noons and morns,
For we,my brothers and sisters,are the reason,that Jesus accepted the Crown Of Thorns.
