Meet me at the T-junction.
A choice of left or right:
Sharply left and 360 to the corporate world reknown. Bend right and hold with caution for this one excites; unknown.
Meet me at the T-junction.There is no after 5 support. Little ones, dinner runs and homework, evenings spin, too short.
Meet me at the T-junction.
A land of plentiful promise, the hustle and the bustle, I try keep up if I'm honest.
Meet me at the T-junction.
A to-do list that's pacing, it's unraveling. Now make a decision at T-bar! Quick Quick it's staggering.
Meet me at the T-junction.
Tripping up bus to station to station. Make haste for the 9am in the city glass haven.
Meet me at the T-junction.
Where an ambling drive revealing rolling green, an idyllic location not often seen.
To do, or not to do is the question.
Meet me at the T-junction.
Let's make a decision.

- Comment from author about the poem: There have been many T-junctions requiring the calculated pros and cons list in my life. As a busy mum of two, finding feet daily and surviving the hustle is what this game called "life" is about. Achieving two little bodies safely in bed each night; knowing all emotional needs were met that day is what I aspire for. I was met with an interesting position of two very different paths and what life could present. There is no telling, no crystal ball and how many emotional needs might fall. All I know is what I have. And what I have is now.

Quite a pleasure to read this piece as penned. Has a very surreal and expectant quality to this one. There is much to dream and much to be left to the imagination of the reader.
