When in dull and lonesome pictures you find yourself dreadful,
For what is to come and for what is to happen,
Maybe it’s just your mind boggling for too long.
You wouldn’t know though, would you?
Your mind may wander to mysterious places
But knowing is seeing, not simply believing
So may I ask you this,
How would you know that you’ll be in the same place tomorrow?
The twelve hours of night only last so long,
So, when the sun shines on your window tomorrow
You may not be the same
You will know tomorrow, but not tonight
When you wake up, remember to ask yourself,
How has today changed from the night?
When you find the answer, you’ll then know-
How the pictures of dread can turn to those of light
