    • arqios

And where am I not! Haha 😂

I'm going South to the Co-op shop. Though that's got expensive. It's the Pound Land for me! What 'cheaper' shops do you have there?

        (distinction, helps us prevail
        when conviction, retreats
        from Winter's, tall tales
        soon, a Spring
we can hope to glimpse, and
        maybe even a Summer, highlight
or two, to add to our memento
        collection
        before, our final Autumn beckons
        us
        to that unknown, ever-after
        next)
enjoy the ride, as our months pass-by
far, far - too quick, dear Poet
        (really enjoyed the instrumental
        chill easy-going flow, anchored
upon a defiant beat of vitality)

Thanks LB, that response is such a poem in itself!

Personally I prefer going south, whether to warmer weather or the other side of the equator. Fishing in the winter is not for me. I feel frozen in time and body. Great poem

As it is mine, Soren; hence the countering point of view in the poem; in the hope of achieving a ‘delicious’ tension.

people want what they dont have, id like going south to not have to feel the chilly morning air every day on my way to the bus, but at the same time when you're packed in warm blankets in front of the fireplace, i gotta admit its quite cozy

Exactly! If one can’t get get out of the cold but able to bundle up then it’s possible to get some fun out of it! Thanks Mr. Not.
