Alone

zhangyuyouyu

Oh how loneliness consumes me

I talk to myself in the mirror

The air and four walls are my best friends

At least they don't judge

They are just... especially silent

I play charades with myself

Where's the fun in that

And I keep all the scrabble pieces to myself

In a tiny heart

Very fine little soliloquy. Loneliness has been described a million times. This one is tender and playful and subtly effective. Thanks!
