Rogue Cohesion

Reminiscing in a dream state of things I wish you knew,

Recollection of days I felt I needed you,

Well intentions got met with those being strategic,

And the climate in this situationship is always matching the season,

Wish I could break down the origins of her personal vendetta

Evolution has its kinks, it was supposed to make us better,

Somewhere at the Genesis we missed the flaws in our design,

So happiness would only be a rental even if we were to rewind,

Stuck at the surface when the foundations in the layers,

The smallest cracks will eventually collapse skyscrapers,

Always easier to escape to what we always know,

Stagnated, the loosening of filters when conversations reach a plateau,
