A break In the walls of depression

P.T.B

A break to the wall of depression

That’s what they are

They send crackling firelight through dark

They shine like stars

But they’ll break you, they will

I promise they will

You’ll fall out you will

And the wall will build back up

Then a wall becomes a two walls

Three walls

A home

A prison

A prison

Walls cave in again

They come crashing down

A splinter in the wall of depression

With them they fall

But without I can do nothing at all

It’s just a facade

It’s just a facade you know?

One in which there’s a break in the walls of depression

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem reflects the breakthroughs we make in life, but also the falls and stumbles that we make, the people we meet ,the people we lose and the people we’re all we will always care for. In the dark there is always a breakthrough and a little light.
