Forget

Jefferson3

I want to forget all of my past

But they always last

No matter how many times I cast them away

They will always find a way

I am trapped in a contorted chasm

Where I have no control and spasm

Where my feendish feet float across an endless plain

Where I am bound to chiming chains

Forgetting and forgiveness is what I seek

In this endless nightmare of monster that are sleek

That reminds me of the sins I have committed

And the guilts that I have not admitted
