Rain

Jefferson3

The sky pours painful tears

Every night, the moon leers

Against the starry skies full of fear

I can feel that the end is near

The striking streets streaming with rain

And the foolish fiends dancing through the pain

As the weary waters tame

They become no longer sane

I hide under the window

Avoiding the eerie eyes of the sorrow

That fill the strobing streets until tomorrow

For tomorrow is when grow hollow
