Compensation for Dedication

To the Institution he who sticks,

Is laying for its expansion bricks,

One masters all the trade tricks,

If toil and experience are a fine mix.

Every year of successful completion,

Must be spent in joyful celebration,

Colossal must be one's contribution,

Career must be a successful expedition.

Right from the joining date,

One must never come late,

In facts, one must be up-to-date,

One must actively participate.

-

By developing a whole-minded rapport,

Give to colleagues Himalayan support,

Send to the superiors the needed report,

And strongly build up the Institution-fort.

-

Let letters be promptly replied,

Let one be fully always occupied,

By superiors, one may be spied,

Mind must be constantly applied.

-

Promotion mayn't at  all come,

Frustration mustn't be the outcome,

Still, lots of work, one must welcome,

Because one gets adequate income.

Work for the organization's growth,

God will take care of you both,

To work sincerely hard, don't loathe,

To work hard, take a firm oath.

At no time, allow negligence,

Always deploy intelligence,

Serve with proper obedience,

Career will shine with radiance.

Organization is always important,

Toward her, be never indifferent,

She must come to the front,

Her existence must be permanent.

Job fetches golden reward,

And so Institution is God,

Her health, staff must safeguard,

With due blessings from the Lord!
