Wish you they changed?

differ

Wish you they changed? Attuned their purr?

With “gallant” hand dare rumple fur?

Wick short of patience with barbed lure

For frays time sparse, claws tucked, demure

Calm, frigid silence may endure

To slink away choice well-nigh sure

Abound fish wiser to procure…

Yet when pride stayed, things less obscure

Pray freed your paws from noxious burrs

Absolved both hearts, not too mature

Stirred not, serenity adjures
