      Classic! CBT is old hat now, what with Pilates and açai berries, et al

        I'm not knowing those acai berries, with that accent thing under the 'c'. I dunno how to type it that accent! lol. CBT is still on the NHS though, and other places in the UK.
        I was gonna have a bit of CBT but didn't get started as therapist seemed bit bored with me - unprofessional. So I said goodbye to him pronto.
