For The Road

kurtis77

I travel alone on this lonely road

Like a sailor on the open seas.

I sit back and see all the hurt

And the pain that everybody has

Endure i seen people sell

Drugs people become thugs

But all they need is some love.

Some people become violent now they

Move in silence but all they need is

Some guidance.

Then there’s some of us like me who

Travel alone on this forever road looking

For a place to call home cause we’re out there

In the great unknown.

I travel alone on this road but i know

My calling, i have found my home.

    'lonesome, divided by eight billion'
    and so, I think
I too relate dear poet, thanks for sharing
