untitled

a drop of mind

Flowing above the pebbles of pain

Like the serene waters over the sludge

until the swirl of a turbulence

takes away the clarity you carry.

All the directions you weaved in patience

Within the flimsy boundaries of the sane mind

Struggled.

And the islands that surface and sink

in the torrential floods,

You come out of your muddle

To sink once again.

And like a river turned upside down

You flow again without a choice.

To be tried and judged, without your consent.

    thanks for sharing, dear poet
    a thought provoking read
('takes away the clarity you carry.
All the directions you weaved in patience'
there be a reason why in antiquity
    they first curated a deity
    out of chaos,
that callous presence in all existence..
some call it change, some fate
nameless or branded, we all know it
in far more detail, than we ever wanted)
