PERTH STREET

nephilim56

THEYVE DEMOLISHED PERTH STREET..
WITH AN IRON HAND..
FINGERLESS STEEL VOID OF FEELING..
FOR 37 YEARS WHICH MELTED AWAY.

THE WRECKING BALL STRIKES..
EACH ROOM IN TURN..
BEDROOM TO KITCHEN..
ENTRANCE TO HALL.

THE PAVEMENTS WHICH LED..
TO A WARMER EMBRACE..
THAN THE ICE OF FINALITY..
AT SCHOOL GATES HE FACED.

THEYVE TAKEN THE SPIRIT..
OF HE FLEET OF FOOT..
THE DOOR WITH ITS NUMBER..
CRUSHED UNDERFOOT.
