I’ve had enough

Of people telling me

To “shut up” and “sit down”.

 

I’ve had enough

Of seeing my love

Being shut down and doubted.

 

I’ve had enough

Of seeing people

Being told that they’re not enough.

 

I say to you,

Enough is enough.

 

I say to you,

You are a perfect creation.

 

I say to you,

You are worthy.

 

I’m telling you

To keep doing what you love.

 

To keep being enough.

Because you are always enough.
