Thou O, my master
i surrender to you
Master, poke your holy sword
through my chest
To kill "me" from my tiny heart.
Master,
how can i decipher
You to anyone?
You're the beyond time and space,
only truth and the ultimate "one"
O, my master
please accept me as your lover
i will always lay at your feet, rather
O, Noor-e-Elahi
the great general and
the Father of Four Falcons,
take me to your blue battalion
and let our monarch be the immortal "One".
O, my everyoung master
Sahib-e-Kamal,
what to say about you
You ever-praised the "one", thou
what can i say about your 'devotion'
You even scold "Thou" for any disruption
O, my master
what can i say about your ultimate love affair
Your love is so true
that "thou" has to come in existence
For you
O, my masters, can i be a lover like you?

- Comment from author about the poem: Rumy once said THIS IS HOW I WOULD DIE INTO THE LOVE I HAVE FOR THOU. Can love be any greater then this statement? Can we love someone as passionately as great spiritual masters loved the one, THOU. If you are able to love someone like that. then there is no boundaries left between you and your loved one. Then this love is God. \r\n\r\nI read this poem when I was sad and realised there is no reason to be said when our Lover is with us all the time.\r\nNoor-e-elahi refers to Guru Gobind Singh Ji\r\nand Sahib-e-kaml refers to Guru Nanak Ji\r\nI would love to read your interpretations and maybe we can discover true love together.\r\nGmail Id [email protected]
