Gears in my body

My body is a bunch of gears
Turning and turning
Twisting and twisting
All in the wrong direction

They are supposed to be turning
This way
And that way
This and that

But, instead they turn
That way
And this way
That and this

Technically
They are actually going the right way
Technically
I'm the one in the wrong 

That way and this way
Not
This way and that
But, technically

Technically, they are perfect gears
Going the right way
At the right time

But I'm the one who had to mess up
I had to mess these perfect gears up
