MISCARRIAGE

nephilim56 ( Norman Dickson)

IN THE BLOOD RED NIGHTMARE WEPT
A LIFE THAT ITS SILENCE KEPT
WITH PROMISES OF CHILDHOOD THINGS
OF PARENTHOOD..ALAS DEATH SINGS.

AND SO SHE KEPT HER SON CLOSEBY
TO BE CAUTIOUS..A VIGILENT EYE
WHILE FROM HIS HOME INSIDE A BOWL
HIS BODY IN DEATH DISPELS A SOUL.

THAT NO MEDICAL MAN OR WOMAN SAW
AS HIS MOTHER PACED THE FLOOR
ACTING OUT THE PAIN OF SUCH
A BIRTH OF BOY WHICH MEANT SO MUCH.

Nice meaning and rhyme, but a poem mustn't be written in capital letters throughout as that is abnormal and may spoil the beauty of the poem!
