Tell Me it Was Real... or don't

katerenazoe

All the things I can’t ask

because you never gave me the chance…

Was I seeing something that wasn’t there?

Romanticizing our connection I dare?

I think that was the case.

You loved me, but not enough to fill that occupied space.

Why can’t you look at me, but I hear you steal a glance.

Is it because you feel guilty while we do this little dance?

OR I consume your mind as much as you do mine?

I honestly can’t tell you which I’d prefer.

Each end the same with you choosing her.
