I tried

My mind filled with much anger and hurt

From people filled with despair and hate

I tried to forget whatever they caused me

But it keeps on coming to me

I thought its all done once I bury it

I thought it was simple that its fine

It was rotten and is worsening

So in my heart, I thought to just forgive

And so I did and gave them favor instead

But the pain wont go away, still there

The damage so severe, its irrevocable

They need to know this hurt they've caused

They can't turn blindly, they must be accounted for

Or they'll never learn, and would cause it to others

They don't see their wrong, they like to stomp on people

They are wrong and all I need is their "sorry"

Or I'll always remember what they caused me

I'm afraid it might scar if its gonna take long

Please let me just forget
