In the armchair, a lazy afternoon,
A fluffy momma cat, with purring sound,
Tends to her pointy-tailed kitten, swoon,
With wobbly legs and eyes full of fond.
She licks his fur, and with her gentle touch,
She comforts him, and all his fears assuage.
Her love for him, so pure and overmuch,
Doth shine in every tender, loving gaze.
The kitten, weak, doth look into her eyes,
And finds in them a strength that's born of love.
He knows that she will always be his prize,
A guide, a friend, a gift from heavens above.
So let us all, like this dear momma cat,
Show love and care, where'er our paths are at.
And just like her, let purrs of love be heard,
For in them lies the warmth that brings us forth.
