See that Kraft Mac and Cheese
in the "Home Alone" supermarket scene?
"Wow," I think,
"Those gallons of milk, chocolate and pink,
are famous and immortalized on screen.
Those would have been forgotten in a blink;
by most, would have never been seen."
I know I sound stoned or high.
Watch Kevin buy:
Big Wonder Bread,
Detergent, Tide,
Stoffers,
Quilted Northern,
And, of course,
action figures -
Attack Force.
Watch him walk by or stand beside
his costars gouda, gold tinsel, candy canes, and crusts for pies!
Two stuffed Santas can be seen
behind him after he walks past "Holiday Crafts Magazine."
To mention not what we hear would be remiss:
We hear the soundtrack "I'm dreaming of a White Christmas".
We hear not bells;
we see English muffins and salad shells.
The scene ends,
and we see Kevin's purchases again
when,
smashcut to the next scene,
Kevin walking home, alone,
his bags break down,
and all of his goodies fall out onto the ground!
I avert my attention from the trouble and wonder,
are those the same items we saw previously, or doubles?
