You were right

lostsoul_2007

You tell me I do nothing, but if you actually looked around I do a lot.

You tell me I’m not good enough and maybe you’re right.

You tell me nobody is going to be able to love me because I just push everyone away, you’re right.

You tell me I’m worthless and make stupid decisions, you were right I do make stupid decisions.

You tell me that nobody will ever trust me again, you were right.

You tell me I’m just a dumb blonde, maybe you’re right.

You tell me I’ll be the one to drink, you’re right but you are the reason I will drink.

You have told me all these things time and time again so I’ve decided to just stop, stop dating, stop caring, stop loving, and most importantly I’ll stop protecting you.
