- Comment from author about the poem: comment by writing friend, Evan: "An astute observation about the writing process. While at work, the poem was all yours. You could tinker with it, smash it to bits, build it back up again. You could do whatever you damn well pleased with it. But once published, it no longer belongs to you. It is now the property of the world. So of course you, its creator, wonder if the creation is Shelley's monster or a force for good. I enjoyed this, quite relatable."

What thought process did I ever have, with me 3 brain cells? They often go on holiday, so I don't even have 3 sometimes! lol.
Lol! They might meet up with my 3 that are usually also on holiday! Biarritz? Bora-Bora? Hawaii?
you just made me wonder a little bit
That's cool N. Wondrin's thinking without having to.
An intriguing question hidden in these phrases that refer yet do not disclose names or faces - hoping your piece will be read and without tongue in cheek then digested by whomsoever with pleasing results An engaging read.
Indeed Fay. It is directed to all, self and others, as language and poetry by virtue is a communal heritage, possession and treasure. We can wield it to our personal benefit but even more to build up each other. Thank you kindly.
Oh, the anticipation of acceptance the validation, don't we all seek it? The rush when you get the notification someone has commented on your poem. You hold your breath, click and sign in. They liked it! You bring it all to fruition in this delightful poem dear friend. What a wonderful feeling of community when we all support each other.
That is quite true. We are part of each other and we mingle in our words and thoughts. Thanks Bella.
Yes - any communication is not worth a candle until it is received and acknowledged.
And the match would be the spark that starts a flame and keeps the fire burning.
