Anxiety

Ash :)

Shaky hands, Shaky breath, and trembling legs

Thoughts of that sweet shiny silver contacting my bare arms

Tears welling up but I push them down to not embarrass myself

My body threating to fall to the floor

I want to crumble into the earth and cry

Anxiety is not a friend, It's more of person in your head

A person who tells you "Everyone's eyes are on you"

A person who crushes your lungs and makes your stomach drop

A person who makes you want to meltdown

A person who makes you feel small in school
