Conflicted & Confused

Emotions, feelings & thoughts conflicted 

Not knowing what to do

Had myself convinced, I wanted to give up on you

Something felt different, something felt off -

My mind running amok & wild

Days went by & my mind was made up -

I was finally going to let you go

Few more went by -

Thoughts, feelings & heart started changing once more -

Heart wouldn't & couldn't let me -

Neither could my mind.

He is my love, my person, my everything I want & need

Hoping to see him, touch him, look into his blue eyes & amazing smile

Through both good times & bad times

My love has never truly changed

Definitely the man for me -

God willing he will one day see
