Late poem

Norman Flagtea

All the roads I did not take,

all the rules I did not break,

all the songs I did not sing,

all the bells I did not ring,

all the tears I did not cry,

all the food I did not try,

all the letters I didn't receive,

all the words I didn't believe,

all the keys I couldn't find,

all the friends I left behind

now keep me company at night

and smile at me and set things right.
