Lost & Found

drunk_on_poetry

I have lost my appetite

Would you go look for it?

Check the dusty attic

And when you turn on the lights

Don't freak out on the mess I have collected over the years.

Look for the box on which I wrote

In a black marker ink

"Lost and found".

Look throw it with

One eye closed

And don't give any meaning

To anything else you might find

Just get my appetite and leave.

Leave, leave, leave,

For you have seen who I am

And I can't bare to look at you ever again.

An intriguing little scavenger hunt... I love the idea of putting things you have lost in a box! I wish my wallet were in there too. OK, I'm leaving, I'm leaving...
